Hello everyone!
What funny weather we have had lately, I feel like my hair has become even frizzier with all this wind and rain! That being said I have the sun beaming in on me while I write this. Can you get vitamin D through a closed window? I hope so!
I had a fab time at the first event of the year few weeks ago in Exeter. Thank you to all who came and braved the rain and wind! What a turn out we had. I loved seeing our existing customers and I met so many new customers who haven't seen or used our great templates before so I really hope they are enjoying their purchases and they return for more 😊. What I particularly enjoyed listening to was my current customers talking the new ones telling them how much they are enjoying using the templates. It brought such a smile to my face hearing this. I know I love using them but to hear to from others was fantastic. Some customers have been bringing lists of templates they have already got to ensure that they don't rebuy. One customer this time brought a notebook in which she had drawn around all her templates in so she knew which ones she has already. I thought this was a great idea.
So after every show I come back with a list of new templates to make for people, so watch this space as I'll be adding new templates to the website soon. We launched our new dinosaur and circus templates before the show which proved to be poplar so those will be listed on the website in lots of different sizes.
I have finally listed our 4mm and 6mm templates for machine quilting. We have been selling these for quite a while now on request but I haven't had them on the website or brought them to many shows. I have listed a spiral, circles, hexagon, robin, holly, a splat and a few others but I still have more to list. If there are any that you would like however crazy they are please message me as we can make it for you. We can adapt most of our current templates to be used with a machine quilting foot too so let me know if you fancy any of those.
In the coming months I have a few events -
14th March is the Forest Holme hospice fair in Lychett Matravers. This is a lovely fair with lots of local crafts, haberdashery and of course tea and cake.
28th March at St Georges Church in Poole is a craft day. I will have my stall plus Im running a card making workshop using the templates for decoupage.
2nd - 4th April I'm at the Craft4crafters show in Shepton Mallet. There are lots of traders here for you to buy all your crafting essentials.
If you are after a particular template then please message me before you come to an event and I'll make sure that I have it for you. We have so many I can't usually bring every single one with me so to save disappointment always message me.
I think thats enough of my waffle! Please keep sending in things that you have made with the templates and also keep your suggestions of new ones coming in too! I like to keep Mark on his toes designing them!
